The Envisage Patient Check-in System helps to resolve these problems by providing two easy ways for your patients to check themselves in for their appointment. This helps to streamline your GP practice and improve the arrival experience for patients.

One patient check-in system, two ways to arrive

Our unique check-in system gives your patients two simple methods of confirming they have arrived for their appointment. They can either enter their patient details on the check-in system screen, or use our innovative contactless QR code option.

Contactless check-in allows patients to scan a QR code on the check-in screen using their smartphone and then enter their details to confirm they have arrived. This ensures patients can arrive for their appointment without touching the screen, helping to speed up the check in process and minimise the risk of cross infection.

All Envisage Patient Check-in systems are supplied with a high quality 15″ or 21.5″ ELO Touchcomputer solution. These have been specifically selected for use with our check-in software to ensure optimal compatibility.

This complete hardware and software solution ensures that the system is easy to configure, install and maintain. It also means that your patients have the best possible experience when arriving for their appointment.

ELO Touchcomputer

The ELO Touchcomputer features a high quality and responsive touchscreen. It can be installed in a range of locations and can be wall mounted, desk mounted or partnered with a floor stand.

Fully integrated and secure

Envisage Patient Check-in is fully integrated with the EMIS Web, TPP SystmOne and Cegedim Vision GP clinical systems, and is accredited and approved by NHS Digital. We also comply with the latest Cyber Essentials Plus framework to ensure all content and data is safe and secure.

The patient facing application is web browser based – no user registration or complicated log-in processes are required for patients to be able to check themselves in. If a patient uses the contactless QR code option, a secure connection is established with the GP practice and each code is only valid for a few minutes to ensure the patient is present.
